"nonono bert you cant" quinn hugged him even tighter. "your wasting away i-im not letting you p-please dont do this" quinn could barely speak through his tears now "i fucking love you too much okay. i cant see y-you like this please"

Bert whimpered "You can't love me, noone does. Even I don;t love me, ehll, even my fucking parents don't love me" he whimpered, a small sob escaping him "I don;t know how to stop Quinn, I spent my wole life being told I'm ugly and fat and then I start to do something abou it and people say I'm crazy. What does the world want fom me anymore?!"

"nothing anyone else says matters okay? listen to me. youare so fucking beautiful im not even sure youre real. nobody could ever be as perfect as you are to me, you wont agree, but i care. i will always care."

Bert stared at him, tear tracks still obvious down his face. He smanaged a small, weak smile and coughed "I would kiss you, but I rpobably still stink of vomit" he said, a small laugh forcing its way out of his throat.

Quinn giggled slightly "later" he pulled away from bert "butseriously, get a fucking shower before i die from the smell." Quinn grinned at bert before walking out to find jeph.

Bert giggled and decided to take QUinns advice for once.

Jeph was still in his 'therapy' session. Sitting in stony silence.

"so jeph" the bored looking therapist said,clicking his pen "how are you feeling today?.... or dare i ask, its always the same answer isnt it?"

Jepha still didnlt say anything, staring at his feet.

the therapist sighed. "who was that guy you were 'talking' to then? am i going to get an answer out of you if i ask about him?"

"Dan" said Jepha, the first word he'd ever spoken to any of the adults there.

The therapist actually fell out of his chair in shock at hearing jeph speak for the first time. "um. Dan? okay, tell me more about dan then."

Jepha shugged "He's... perfect" he said quietly.

"so you like this dan? does he make you feel maybe, happier than usual? or happy at all?"

Jeph shrugged, try to retreat back to his defence of silence.

Sighing again he replied "fine. your therapy session is over, you can leave"

Jepha gave a sigh of relief and scambld otu, lmost running into Quinn. he blinked then smirked "You kissed Bert!" he announced, sounding about five.

"so?!" quinn replied defensively "YOU kissed dan! yeah... i totaly wasnt hiding round the corner stalking you.... promise" he looked up awkwardly at jeph

Jeph gigled "Yeah but Dans pretty! And amazing and talented and" he sighed reamily "But seriouslY! Berts an asshole an asshole with nice eyes but an asshole"

"yeah yeah okay hes an asshole. but a damn good looking asshole!" quinn giggled "jepha and daaaan sitting in a treee..."he sung in a high pitched voice, like an immature 11 year old girl.

Jeph blushed and punched Quinn playfully on the arm "Shut up!" he giggled "Just because Dans prettier than everyone else here!" he said, sticking his tongue out.

"you really are turning into a lovestruck 11 year old girl, IM LEAVING BEFORE IT SPREADS !" quinn ran to find bert again, who he hoped to god had showred by now.

Bert was lying on his bunk, hair dripping wet from the shower. Strangely for Bert, he'd only bothered pulling his jeans on, assuming Quinn wouldn;lt be back for a while and showing off a large tattoo on his side.

quinn pretty much fell through the door in happiness " HEY BERT GUESS WHA- oh hi" quinn wanted to be happy at the sight of a half naked bert on his bed, but he was too distracted by how badly berts ribs were sticking out.

Bert sat up, brushing his hair out of his eyes "What?£ he askjed, flashing Quinn a smile.

"um i- nothing" quinn said, taking a seat next to bert on the bed "youre just... even skinnier than i thought." He frowned "nice tat though." Quinn poked the strange stickman tattoo on berts side.
